Your skills & experience
Degree in Languages, Business Relations, Tourism or similar;
Experience in customer management and oriented for customer;
Fluent in English (mandatory);
Fluent in French and/or Italian (mandatory);
Good energy, proactivity and team worker;
Experience in SAP or another ERP, salesforce or another ticketing tool is preferable.
About the role
This is an opportunity to integrate the team accountable to give support to our customers and guarantee the sales flow, where our main goal is the customer satisfaction. In this position, you’ll be responsible for the daily communication with our customer to support their purchases and requests, develop a long term customer relationships and manage the customer doubts in cooperation with internal departments.
