Your skills & experience

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanics / Mechatronics.
With less than 2 years experience
With minimum B2 English level
Positive, Open minded and Multitasking
Organized and detail – oriented
Computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication skills and team player
Ability to adapt to different situations
Ability to prioritize and work within tight time scales to meet deadlines

About the role

Futura is a trainee program designed for young talent from different educational backgrounds who want to develop their technical and personal skills while connecting with a diverse, multicultural network.

As a Futura you will work on a real project that drives innovation and efficiency across the key area that is Cold End production in a glass manufacturing company.

During your time in BA, you will:

Communicate and build relationships with teams
Evaluate different aspects of the production process
Be involved in daily activities of quality control, maintenance, etc.
Take part in the development, improvement and implementation of new systems, schemes, mechanisms, instrumentation and automation
Work alongside the team in real-life situations to solve emerging problems with electronics in machines and equipment and to improve the general performance in Cold End processes

You will take on real responsibilities and make an impact from day one, with BA providing the support you need to focus on learning and growing.
