Your skills & experience

Engineering degree or master in Electric Engineering, Quality or Mechanics.
Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Level B2 in English.
Ready to travel.
Positive attitude and maturity, ability to adapt to different situations.
Flexibility and willingness to support new projects.
Ability to prioritize and work within tight time scales to meet deadlines.
Ability to multi-task and work effectively as part of a team.
Engage in process improvement & best practices initiatives across organization.

About the role

Futura is a trainee program designed for young talent from different educational backgrounds who want to grow their technical and personal skills while connecting with a diverse, multicultural network.

As a Futura you will work on a real project that drives innovation and efficiency across the key area that is Production in a glass manufacturing company.

You will take on real responsibilities and make an impact from day one, while BA gives you the support you need to focus on learning and growing.
