Your skills & experience
Final-year student or graduate (up to 2 years after graduation) in engineering fields (e.g. electronics, process, mechanical, production, automation, robotics, or related)
Team player, open to working in an international environment
Good command of Polish and English (communication level)
Basic computer skills and ability to work with technical documentation and data analysis
Responsible, reliable, and motivated to develop in the glass manufacturing industry
Availability for on-site work at BA Glass Sieraków plant
About the role
Work in an international BA Glass environment
Participate in production and new product development projects
Contribute to R&D activities and continuous improvement initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and uninterrupted production
Prepare documentation, report results, and take part in trainings and development programs
Support the department in daily operational tasks
