About the role
Implement and continuously improve BA management systems at plant level
Ensure compliance with corporate standards and environmental/legal requirements
Support plant departments in audits, corrective actions, and root cause analysis
Monitor performance through risk assessments, monitoring plans, and drills (Food Safety & Environment)
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and best practices aligned with BA Group objectives
