Degree in Mechanical, Industrial Management Engineer or similar;
Minimum 3 years of experience;
Previous professional experience in an industrial environment;
Experience in team management;
Fluent in English (mandatory).
About the role
Define actions and strategies to meet the budget of a maintenance department;
Manage a team with different skills;
Comply with requirements inherent to the maintenance of molding tools;
Manage the daily workshop routine to ensure production indicators;
Establish actions for continuous improvement of the department.
