About the role
Monitors the efficiency and productivity of the assigned production lines on a daily basis.
Tracks the plant’s key performance indicators and prepares monthly reports and summaries of the achieved goals.
Analyzes problematic product assortments and proposes corrective actions.
Prepares and implements new company procedures, ensuring that they are communicated to colleagues in the department.
Supports the production team in the development and updating of work instructions, operational documents, and procedures.
Before starting the production of a given assortment, ensures that the operational documents are up to date.
