University degree (preferably in management, engineering, or logistics)
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
Fluent Polish and English
Knowledge of Office tools – particularly Excel
Category B driving license
Availability for domestic and international travel
Proactive attitude and willingness to seek new solutions
About the role
Managing packaging suppliers and repair service providers
Ensuring on-time packaging replenishment based on planning – production operating 24/7
Administration of purchase orders
Cooperation with production plants
Ensuring the quality of purchased packaging according to standards and specifications
Sourcing and onboarding new suppliers
Preparing reports and summaries upon request
