Organize, manage, and oversee the entire production process, ensuring continuous, reliable, and efficient operation of all electrical and electronic systems within our 24/7 glass production facility

Supervise, coordinate, and lead daily activities of teams on shift, fostering a positive, productive, and disciplined work environment

Ensure adherence to labor, technological, and safety discipline, maintaining full compliance with safety regulations and electrical standards

Monitor the normal operation and performance of all machines, automated systems, and equipment; report and act immediately in case of malfunction

Lead troubleshooting and actively participate in restoring operations quickly and efficiently

Ensure timely preventive and corrective maintenance of systems

Monitor, identify, and report defects; coordinate with responsible personnel and follow up on corrective actions to ensure high-quality process execution

Prepare and maintain production documentation

Collaborate closely with production and engineering teams to support process improvements

Support installation, commissioning, and optimization of new equipment and system upgrades

Plan maintenance activities based on scheduled maintenance systems and daily production meetings

Train, mentor, and develop team members, maintaining an up-to-date skills matrix and ensuring continuous competence development.
