Your skills & experience
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
Higher education degree (preferred fields: logistics, engineering, management, or related)
Very good command of English
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with experience in team management and development
Ability to work under pressure and manage stressful situations effectively
Valid driving license and willingness to travel for business
About the role
Coordinate the operations of internal and external warehouses in line with the company’s strategy while optimizing costs
Organize team workflows and resources to ensure smooth and efficient task execution
Ensure availability, maintenance, and proper functioning of warehouse equipment
Prepare and manage the warehouse budget, monitoring its implementation and performance
Negotiate with suppliers regarding external warehousing, logistics, equipment, and essential services
Maintain efficient warehouse operations and continuously improve service standards
